At the First Attempt – 2 Michelin Stars for Amador’s

Amador’s Wirtshaus, located directly at the Hajszan Neumann winery, has been awarded with two Michelin stars. This makes it one of only six Michelin two-star restaurants in all of Austria. And this is particularly special because the German top chef, Juan Amador, opened Amador’s Wirtshaus und Greißlerei just over a year ago!

Intensive & Artful

The gourmet Michelin Guide in Brussels has selected, for the 36th time, the best restaurants in the major European cities. In Austria, restaurants from Vienna and Salzburg have been recognised. “The young but experienced kitchen chef creates sophisticated, intensely delicious and tastefully presented dishes made from high-quality ingredients,” states Michelin’s Rebecca Burr.
