The 2016 vintage shows a bright radiance and mineral coolness that we had not expected! The unique terroir of the Nußberg comes through fully. Amador’s Wirtshaus, located directly at the Hajszan Neumann winery, has been awarded with two Michelin stars. This makes it one of only six Michelin two-star restaurants in all of Austria. And this is particularly special because the German top chef, Juan Amador, opened Amador’s Wirtshaus und Greißlerei just over a year ago!
